Aviation Carbon 2018: RSB announced as latest event partner

Aviation Carbon

Aviation Carbon 2018 will bring the aviation sector together with carbon market professionals and other stakeholders to hear the latest developments on market-based measures and other actions to address the aviation industry’s carbon emissions. This year’s event will allow airlines and aircraft operators to obtain the latest status and impact assessments of the ICAO Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation (CORSIA) before mandatory CO2 emissions reporting starts on 1 January 2019. As well as presentations and discussion panels with experts from industry, carbon markets, regulators, sustainable aviation fuel suppliers, government and NGOs, there will be a free half-day CORSIA MRV Workshop.

Partners to Aviation Carbon 2018 include the Air Transport Action Group (ATAG), Airlines for America (A4A), Airlines for Europe (A4E), Arab Air Carriers Organization (AACO), Association of Asia Pacific Airlines (AAPA), European Business Aviation Association (EBAA), European Regional Airline Association (ERAA), Latin American and Caribbean Air Transport Association (ALTA), International Emissions Trading Association (IETA), Climate Markets & Investment Association (CMIA), International Coalition for Sustainable Aviation (ICSA) and the Roundtable on Sustainable Biomaterials (RSB).
