The Roundtable on Sustainable Biomaterials Association (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the www.rsb.org website (the “Service”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices associated with your data.

  • Recurring data protection training for Data Controller employees

No transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organisation or a country without adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

  • Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. Storage: We may use third-party Service Providers to store and manage Personal Data.

  • Salesforce is a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) service which allows the storage and management of data for individuals, legal persons, and groups. Salesforce store the data collected to provide a database of information for our Service, reporting capabilities, and the ability to update or remove Personal Data when required. Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16 (“Child” or “Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and aware your Child provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware we collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Should you have reason to believe the Data Controller, Data Processor, or a Service Provider did not comply with their privacy policy or the legal requirements with regards to your Personal Data or Usage Data, we suggest you contact them directly to discuss and resolve the issue.

If this course of action isn’t desirable or possible, you may file a complaint with a Data Protection Authority (DPA). The relevant DPA varies depending on the location of the Data Controller, Data Processor, or a Service Provider. We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
