He is a passionate and seasoned HR professional with an MBA and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management. Vitor brings over a decade of experience in talent acquisition, retention strategies, performance management, and HR technology implementation – with a focus on driving organisational success and fostering positive work environments in a remote setting.

Vitor is Portuguese but based in Barcelona, Spain.
