Micaela Caro

Micaela Caro is RSB’s Digital Solutions Junior Manager. She works in the RSB Book & Claim Team to support the RSB Registry operations, ISEAL grant delivery, and new product development – driving the digital transformation of sustainable practices.

Based in Barcelona, Micaela holds degrees in IT and Computer engineering, and has more than 5 years of experience developing and owning digital products and solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle – from conception to launch.

Prior to joining RSB, Micaela gained valuable experience at ExxonMobil, where she gained deep insights into the oil and gas industry, working on carbon markets and sustainability initiatives, while optimising operational efficiency through digital solutions within a global context, enhancing her expertise in digital product lifecycle management.
