Luca Schenk

Luca’s purpose is to accelerate the energy transition and build a legacy of sustainable solutions for future generations.

He is Chairman of Helvoil, Switzerland’s first producer of HVO and SAF. With more than 30 years of experience across renewable energy and financial services, Luca has held senior leadership roles as CEO, board member, and strategic advisor in both listed and private companies.

He brings deep expertise in M&A, circular economy business models, and digital transformation, and serves on the boards of multiple renewable energy production assets spanning several technologies. Previously, Luca served as CEO of BX Swiss, leading a comprehensive restructuring and growth transformation of the Swiss stock exchange

Luca holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University.
