Policy & Practice for Sustainable Feedstocks & Landscapes
.
This full-day event will invite regional and global transition leaders to dig into the role of policy in helping the growth of a sustainable biocircular economy and the ways in which positive impacts can be incentivised. We will explore the interdependence of sectors – from aviation to consumer goods – that are reliant on common raw materials, and how policy developments in one sector can and must become enablers of the bioeconomy as a whole.
We will hear from brands on how NGOs and multi-stakeholder organisations can help to bridge the gap between feedstock supply and brand demand by building credibility and coalitions for positive impacts.
With a particular focus on the biomass feedstocks needed to ensure a transition away from fossil fuel, this event is relevant for all sectors working with the bioeconomy – particularly consumer goods, plastics and packaging, transportation, and raw materials producers themselves – as well policy-makers, NGOs and others seeking to unlock positive impacts from the biocircular transformation.
This event is made possible with the generous support of our partner, P&G.
RSB is currently exploring options for an additional site visit on 8th February. A visit will be communicated in due course.
