How RSB Community Membership Works

RSB is owned and run by its members. They come together once a year at the General Assembly of Delegates to approve changes to the standards, appoint the Board of Directors, review the accounts and make any adjustments to the rules & governance of the organisation. To ensure a balance between business and civil society interests, RSB community members are organised into five groups or ‘chambers’ which represent different sectors.
