Ensuring the sustainability of feedstocks is key to delivering a bio-based and circular economy. To support this, RSB is working in multiple channels to provide essential insight and advice to multiple sectors – from aviation and shipping, to plastics and chemicals, textiles and packaging.
Horizon Europe, the EU research and innovation programme, is one such channel.
As a trusted partner of Horizon Europe, RSB brings unique expertise grounded in our best-in-class sustainability framework, and leverages our multi-stakeholder approach to standard development to advance the sustainability of feedstocks. This incorporates many different approaches – including applying our landscape-level programme approach to map feedstock availability under CARINA project, and working to collectively build trust and credibility in sustainability labelling with STAR4BBS project. In all these partner projects, collaboration is key.
