The Roundtable on Sustainable Biomaterials (RSB) is a global, multi stakeholder independent organisation that drives the development of a new world bioeconomy.
The RSB smallholder program was initiated in 2010 at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL), and aims to provide small producers with additional flexibility in the compliance process. The smallholder standard is now being implemented around the world through varied field projects.
