Andreas Knoell

Andreas is RSB’s Impacts Programme Manager. He is leading the design of RSB’s Impacts & Incentives Programme, including the development and implementation of tools, indicators and pilots. Andreas is also responsible for establishing RSB’s Impact Monitoring Platform whilst supporting stakeholder engagement and developing communication materials.

Based on a broad education with degrees in Wood Science & Technology (MSc), Cultural Anthropology (BA) and Sustainability Management (MBA) nearly two decades ago, Andreas embarked on an amazing global sustainability journey with a focus on responsible sourcing, sustainability certification of natural resources, ESG compliance and related multistakeholder processes. He has worked with leading organisations in public and private sectors along the entire supply chain in 40 countries. Andreas is based in Mannheim, Germany, and works part-time.
