Dr. Kevin Fingerman is an Associate Professor of Environmental Science & Management at California State Polytechnic University, Humboldt.

He is an expert in life cycle analysis and sustainability governance for bioenergy and transportation fuel systems. Dr. Fingerman has served in a consulting capacity on bioenergy sustainability issues for several California regulatory agencies, the European Commission, the Sierra Club, the Union of Concerned Scientists, and several biomaterials producers. He has served in various roles within RSB since 2007.

Prior to his current position, Kevin worked in Rome for the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization. He holds MS and PhD degrees in Energy & Resources from the University of California at Berkeley.
